I was rear-ended by a truck, which put a hole in the bumper of my new (to me) car, so I was upset. My husband had had a good experience with this shop previously, and recommended that I call them, but when my insurance agency listed them as their number one choice, it was a done deal -- and I was very happy with my experience. I don't know much about cars, so like I said, when I was rear-ended, I was upset that I had car things to deal with. All Auto Body made it so easy for me -- they were so nice, they got my car right in, told me exactly what they were going to need to do, and then dealt with the insurance company for me. They told me my car would be fixed within a week, and at exactly a week -- on the dot -- they called me and told me my car was ready. My car looks brand-new, and they detailed it to perfection. I am so happy I brought my car here, and will again should the need arise. (Plus, Larry is funny, which makes the experience that much better). Bring your car here!! Larry, Ray and the team at All Auto Body made our Lexus IS 350 F look brand new again after a collision. This shop is a hidden gem in the Merrimack Valley. I say this as someone who is also in the vehicle protection industry; their friendliness, attention to detail, transparency and communication has been consistent throughout our vehicles repair process. I would definitely recommend bringing your high end or luxury vehicles for auto body repair here.

I highly recommend All Auto Body and Collision. I brought my Lexus 2011 RX 350 in to be repaired from debris on the highway that hit my car and did major damage to the passenger side of vehicle. From the moment I dropped off my car to the time I picked it up my experiencing dealing with All Auto was outstanding. Very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. Most importantly I love the work they did on my car. It looks brand new!!! They even took the time out to clean the driver headlight to match the new headlight on the passenger door. Also as a courtesy cleaned the inside of my vehicle. I will definitely use them in the future and will recommend them to anyone who is looking to have their vehicle repaired.
