Bianca and the rest of the team at German Automotive Solutions were fantastic when I had to take my 2023 Mini Countryman in for an oil change and tire rotation. After a poor experience with a dealerships service center I needed to find an auto shop close by and GAS was my first choice. They are friendly and honest, which is extremely important to me. On top of the services I requested, they also topped off the fluids and performed a multi point inspection. I haven’t had to utilize their more in depth repair services yet, but I will certainly be back when the need arises.

Ive brought my bmw to German Automotive Solutions since i purchased in 2021. Bianca is always pleasant and knowledgeable whenever she is communicating with me. Being in Methuen, i love not having to troop it all the way to a dealership, and my car still receive a service that surpasses dealership quality due to Alex’s expertise. Prices are fair. And they do their very best to have car in and out. Thanks again guys!
