My car’s starter failed in the middle of a residential intersection, and since it wouldn’t go into neutral, I needed a lift-and-dolly tow instead of a flatbed. After calling around to find a lift-and-dolly truck, I found LiftX, and Nick was able to come out right away. He was professional, polite, sympathetic and friendly. Nick was extremely careful and meticulous when securing my car, making sure everything was done safely and correctly. He clearly takes pride in his work, and his service was efficient and reliable.
