I brought my 1997 Audi A8 to Precision to perform what was essentially a complete mechanical restoration of the car. I had another shop replace the timing belt and water pump and perform a transmission service, but everything they had touched was leaking. Precision was able to repair all of the other shop's shoddy work and also managed to source a kit that has been out of production for years to replace all of my 30 year old front suspension components. They will be the only ones I trust with my old German cars going forward!

I had a somewhat positive experience with, Andrew who, I talked to on the phone was, helpful & polite while scheduling me & my Mini Cooper Countryman car, time to arrive, location details. I received a recommendation for, Precision Motorworks from, my Tow Truck Driver :) who, I called to jump start my car! Roger (Sea, tow truck, driver) strongly recommend I get a new battery, bc mine was low on energy. I was glad Precision M.got us in quickly to replace my battery & diagnose what other possible issues could be for , why it wouldn’t start. They friendly greeted me in while the mechanic worked on my car. I waited, in near their small office space close to 2 hours for the work, I sat on of their waiting room chairs. I did not see a restroom but, I didn’t need 1. The parts and labor was pricey for sure though, much less so compared to the quote From Seattle Mini. Example Sea.Mini estimated cost for a battery and labor $880, Precision Motorworks was $425. A big difference . Was glad I met Michael and Roger , Sea’sTowing who recommended I get in touch with Precision Motorworks. One of the women employees who ,was welcoming into her office, told me about a nice walk to over round about bridge, if I decided to go for a walk while I waited but, I came prepared , read a book, e-mail, ect. It turns out, with the diagnostic tests my brake line has some fluid build up ,will need to be fixed in a year or so. It’s already a plan. To return back to Precision Motorworks for, brake lines fluid pressure fixed, and another O.L&F. Thanks , S

I have lived in Seattle with a mini Cooper for about two years and after getting several quotes from different auto shops on a variety of occasions, I have found that precision is consistently the most knowledgeable, understanding, and fair in pricing. Over the last year in particular, I've had some very costly repairs (Mini Coopers ?), and they have taken such good care of me every single time with very prompt turnaround, even on their busiest days. This is a really stellar shop all around and would recommend it to anyone with a German/euro vehicle.
