I'm not sure where to start. I have known Josh since he first got started with his business. He was the salesman, truck driver and everything else that needed to be done. Our business relationship grew larger and larger through the years and anything that I ever needed, he would figure out a way to get it done. What is more important than the great business relationship is the personal relationship. I considered Josh and Chrissy more as friends than a vendor. I guess the best way that I can explain there dedication to customers is one day I called about missing invoices and Chrissy asked if she could get them to me a little later because she just had a baby the night before. That's dedication and every time Josh would come visit me all we did is look at pictures of his son and talk about the family. Well now there are 3 and I have retired but I know if I ever needed anything they would do there best to make it happen. So I guess what I am saying is that I can't think of another company that goes out of there way to make sure the customer is satisfied. They are great parents and great at what they do. I'm so very glad that I can call them my friend. Bob West

I mainly worked with Reid over the phone, who was professional, very knowledgeable and helpful in coordinating everything. The driver Jim was also a pleasure to deal with, making the entire process smooth and stress-free. The level of service I received was truly exceptional. Freddy with steel smith came to relocate our dumpster that we have on site today. He was very patient with us until we figured out the location of where it was going, once we did he relocated it exactly where we wanted it. His driving skills were also excellent especially with the amount of cars we have here on site. Freddy easily navigated his way through the street without blocking anything or anyone. Great company and great driver! Highly recommend!
