We have been coming to Levis Gulf at the Pinehills for about 6 years now. They have helped us with all of our cars routine maintenance, emergency maintenance and safety inspections. They are always so helpful and honest with their recommendations. They let us know what is needed to be done right away but also let us know of items that upcoming with no pressure. I never feel as though they are 'upselling' anything and have shopped around to find that they are very competitive with cost. They are friendly and welcoming. Nobody likes getting work done to their cars, but the crew at Levis make it much more manageable and stress free. Thank you for all you do for us!

They tried to charge/upsell for an unnecessary repair. I brought in the car for an oil change and to check a specific sound. Got a call that the oil was done and I could pick up the car. When I asked about the sound, they said "oh your tie rods need replacing, $300." 1. The sound was NOTHING like a bad tie rod. 2. They hadn't brought it up without me asking 3. THEY had inspected this car one month prior, no issues found on inspection 4. I brought it to a different shop, no issues found, tie rods just fine. Other issues have included installing the wrong brake drum on my vehicle. I noticed because the ABS light lit up on my dash when I picked it up. This was new, and something they should have noticed after installation. I had to take it to the other location to diagnose the problem same day. They did replace the brake drum the next day they were open, but just an absolute string of failures.

I definitely make it a point to pop in for their full service gas station from time to time! Chase was especially nice too when he replaced my wiper blades in a timely fashion! Thanks for everything you do! Wishing you a booming summer! ?
