I took my 2023 Kia Niro in for a door collision after I hit the edge of a garage ramp median. Nervous and stressed about my first collision ever, the staff at Carstar Ballard were communicative and reassuring throughout the entire process. It took a month between dropping off the car and then fixing and repainting the car after getting the new parts. I had multiple notifications of progress each week. I was met with smiles and humor on pickup, and when I noticed a rear light out on my car with no notification due to a loose wire, there were able to get me back in ASAP and fix the issue in less then 20 minutes. Thank you to the whole team and for the 5-star customer service from front desk.

My second experience with Carstar in Ballard and both were 5 stars! Great communication. Gorgeous body work. Hopefully someone doesnt hit my car a 3rd time but if they do I'll be headed back here.
