Had to have my EV towed from Demopolis to Tuscaloosa to a super charger, not only was BRAD nice and funny, but he also helped unlock my car, and waited while it charged. My phone was almost dead, and he didn't leave until he made sure I was ready to get back on the road. This is at 2am. I will never forget meeting such an awesome person! Also Lori, I tipped 50.00 of the final bill :). I will be recommending your service to everyone in Tuscaloosa! I will also recommend they request Brad! Thank yall so much!!!!!

Out of towners from Oklahoma. We had a flat around 8 AM on a Sunday. We cannot say enough good things about Bambarger Wrecker Service Inc. We broke down in Vestavia Hills during freezing weather, and they came from over an hour away when no one else was willing to work in the cold. That alone speaks volumes. The driver was professional, kind, and genuinely helpful during what could have been a very stressful situation. I called 2 hours ago and NO ONE ever showed up. We have called back over and over, no one answers. Finally go through and the dude said he had called us. We have NOT had a phone call and we have been in an unsafe place for TWO Hours!!! What in the world! That is not how to run a business.
