These people toad my car while I was out of town for being abandoned when it wasn't. Because I'm low income I call them to ask if I could pay off the bill in a way that I could do it without hurting myself or my kids. They told me and no uncertain terms no I could not pay them at all. They wouldn't accept payments until my bill was paid off when I tried to take responsibility. They said that it would go to collections and then I would have to be able to deal with it through them because they don't deal with money there. Except they take payments I'm sorry they would take half down which is well over $200 which low income I can't afford $200 all at once. And then they would take some payments but otherwise they wouldn't deal with me. I will never even if I win a million dollars deal with evergreen State towing. That was my experience with them I would hope that nobody else will give this dirty company their business. Have a great day

I can’t say enough good things about Evergreen State Towing and their outstanding service. My car was stuck in the dirt for nearly 20 hours, and I had no luck with AAA or several other companies—they either couldn’t handle it or didn’t have the right equipment. That’s when I called Evergreen State Towing, and I’m so glad I did! Sam, the tow driver, came to the rescue and was absolutely incredible. He arrived promptly, assessed the situation with confidence, and had my car winched out within a minute! I was shocked at how efficient and smooth the whole process was. It was clear from the start that Sam was extremely skilled, knowledgeable, and prepared to take on even the toughest situations, something other companies weren’t able to do. Not only did Sam get the job done quickly, but his customer service was also top-notch. He was friendly, professional, and reassuring throughout the process. After being stuck for so long, it was such a relief to have someone so kind and capable helping me out. On top of all that, he even shared a few tips to help me avoid similar situations in the future, which I really appreciated. Evergreen State Towing, and Sam in particular, exceeded all my expectations. If you ever find yourself in a tough spot and need towing services, they’re the ones to call.
