My car was towed by pro tech. When I originally found my car missing, I thought it had been stolen due to the fact the area I was parked at had no will tow signs. When I looked at my cars tracker I found it was at Protech. Once I called and found out they had my car. They told me it was gonna be 415 plus a 150$ night fee even though they had towed it that same night. I pointed out to the lady on the phone that there was no sign and she hung up on me. When I came in the morning to pick up my car I was told I was apparently parked in a managers spot. Looking at my tracker I was towed within an hour of parking. Once I paid the fee and finally got my car back I had found that Protech had managed to scratch my back tailgate while towing.

Absolutely phenomenal service from Pro-Tech Automotive and Towing! My 2009 Tacoma decided to act up on me in Spokane Valley, and I was in a bit of a bind. I called Pro-Tech, and they were incredibly responsive and understanding. The tow truck arrived much quicker than I expected, and the driver was super professional and careful with my truck. They got it loaded up safely and towed it back to their shop without a hitch. Throughout the whole process, everyone I spoke to was friendly, knowledgeable, and genuinely seemed to care. My own insurance roadside assistance failed to remove my vehicle in time and was picked up by Pro Tech. She helped advise me where my insurance did not in managing the fees since it didn't go through my roadside assistance. They were extremely helpful, friendly, and I was thankful during this experience to have trusted, kind people to work with.
