This is the second time in a year that I’ve used their services and they’re always super friendly, compassionate, and quick with their service. Those complaining about delay need to understand that being in a larger city means they are frequently busy. But I’ve lived in small towns where it’s taken three hours for Roadside Assistance. Nelson has always been able to assist me and under 45 minutes.I am very grateful for this company! I will always choose Nelson towing over any other towing company in the city! they have been extremely professional and nothing short of awesome with every interaction . Nelson’s Tow truck driver with SUV in tow on 395 southbound 1/13 near hatch wandermere driving well beyond the speed limit and being so close to me I couldn’t even see his lights in my mirrors. Totally dangerous and reckless behavior of any driver , let alone one working for a tow company. This driver drove all the way from the accident at Denison to Francis exit at well beyond a safe speed for the majority of the drive. They tailgated me so tightly I didn’t want to risk changing lanes and being side swiped by them. Report with crime check made for unsafe dangerous driving ??

Nelson's is top notch service! DJ displays awesome customer service! He is very helpful & goes out of his way to ensure things are taken care of! Nelson's is efficient & always kind! I highly recommend! We have been using them for years!
