I really appreciate the service I received. We were in an accident and I didn’t have towing insurance . Starting with the dispatcher in the office. She was helpful and cared that my grandson was ok. We live a distance out of town but they gave me a really fair price. The drivers were very friendly, helpful and respectful. I’d say they really are. “Good Guys”

I briefly spoke with the presumed owner of the company or at least a manager. He was very rude unnecessarily when I had politely asked questions about why my vehicle hadn't been picked up when it had been scheduled to. I was counting on it being picked up at that time and he acted as though I were in the wrong just for asking what happened. Major immaturity, I hope he gets shut down he does not deserve anyone's business especially after reading these comments on here. Good luck everyone.

Apparently their time is more valuable then mine. I have been left hanging 2 different days without even a freaking response to my calls , text messages and Facebook messenger today. The first time I was told they be here between 11 to 3. When I finally got ahold of someone they didn't know what the driver was doing. And by the time I got the response it was past the time they gave me an I had already lost out on a days work. Today I can't even get a call back an I lost another days.work an pay. Im pissed to say the least . What a horrible way to run a company . No respect for my time. Zero zero stars
