Has to be the worst repair shop I’ve been to date. Strongly suggest avoiding. The company approved them fixing the release pin for the tandems. Waited 2 hours while they were “repairing”. The problem is the exact same issue nothing changed and they are saying we can only do what we were approved to do. Am I missing something? You were approved to do the work, claimed it was fixed, charged for the repair and I as the customer am telling you it’s not fixed at all. You were approved to do the work. The hard truth is you just couldn’t because you’re a subpar shop. Apparently a quick glance through the reviews shows I’m not the only one who feels this way. Seems to be a trend lately

Stay away from this shop horrible service had a turbo go out on a freightliner Cascadia got charged 7k for the job which wasn't done properly , should of notice when i had a driver stop and pay for the job and check on the truck make sure it was done right and wasn't allowed to look at it and then they rejected his payment and said only wire would work or we wouldn't get our truck back , After going back in forth and getting yelled at over the phone and if I wanted my truck I could wire it. I sent wire the next day driver showed up to truck being outside when driver was hooking up to his trailer a couple of feet in front of the shop not even a mile down right in front of the shop truck died and wouldn't crank. Looks like they didn't do the cleanup correctly of the oil from the intercooler which I was charged for and motor seized, was overcharged and still didn't get the job done right

This whole place is a big Fraud! Avoid at all costs! SCAMMERS!!! $12K in repairs without approvals and no warranty which failed 2 weeks later.. those who experienced same thing please contact me and let's get together and shut down this donut shop! About to file a lawsuit and press criminal charges!!!!
