this is third time using firestone in past 2 months. I am very pleased with the service and work done. I have a Chevy Mailbu ,a Vw Atlas and a ChevyEquinox , all had tires replaced mounted and balanced. All done on a timely manner at a great price. Shawn Maciel the Service manager was great, friendly ,answered all my concerns . Fit me in and work was done timely and now 2 months later all good ,no issues. store was clean , mechanic was friendly , overall I am very pleased. Will be doing basic car repairs at this firestone. bill from braintree

I went to Firestone for a routine oil change and a complete vehicle inspection. After I left, my car’s maintenance alert was still on, which immediately made me question whether everything was actually done. I also never received the usual inspection report email. When I called, I was told the inspection wasn’t performed. That’s extremely concerning. If I paid for an oil change and a full inspection, I expect both services to be completed and documented. Otherwise, what did I pay for? I understand mistakes happen, but in auto service, small oversights can cost customers thousands of dollars. If basic steps like completing an inspection or resetting maintenance reminders are missed, it makes it hard to trust the shop with bigger repairs. The proposed solution was to redo the inspection — at an additional cost. That’s unacceptable. If a service wasn’t completed, the customer shouldn’t have to pay twice. This experience felt like paying for a full meal at a restaurant and only receiving half. Very disappointed in the lack of quality control and accountability. When I pay for a service, I expect it to be performed properly.

The staff was courteous and professional. They explained to me that were people ahead of me and that they will get to my truck as soon as possible. They changed my oil, checked me out and gave me my truck keys. I was out of there within 2 hours.
