Make sure you hire them directly, because if the police call them in, you’re stuck paying $86 PER MILE + fees — no negotiation. They refused to unload until the full invoice was paid on the spot. Even after payment, they dragged their feet and took their sweet time, like they enjoyed wasting my money and time. Every minute I waited was costing me — they didn’t care one bit. Customer service? Nonexistent. Cold, arrogant, and disrespectful. I almost never leave reviews, but this was so bad I had to warn others. Extremely overpriced and shamelessly slow. Avoid at all costs unless you enjoy being financially bled dry while they hold your delivery hostage

My daughter's SUV was hit by metal road debris on I-65 in North Birmingham and the car was disabled. I called Earl's to quickly pick the car up as I was over a 100 miles away at the time. They were able to reach my daughter and her car for pickup within 1.5 hrs and brought the car back to Cullman at their shop for repair. They did an awesome job on the SUV and kept in contact with us via Text and also telephone calls. They were very honest and helpful throughout the entire process. The insurance transaction was no problem at all.

I have four different claims and each time Earl's Body shop did the repairs. Each time, the finished job was excellent, we were very pleased! The staff and owners are very nice and work as hard as they can to get your vehicle back as soon as possible. I will always use Earl's, just hope it's not anytime soon!
