You all were the absolute best in helping me out today with a tow from your office back to my dealership in Braintree, MA. I had two wonderful employees who picked up my car, including the wonderful tow truck driver who worked over-time till 3am and then was woken up to come get me and drive me back to Boston basically in rush hour traffic! The women running the office were so gracious to me. I can’t thank you all enough for your generosity!

WOW! DAVID! Incredible work!! It was right before the winter storm hit got a flat on the highway. DAVID came in his truck which did not have a flatbed. The problem was I didn’t realize both my right tires were flat!! With ZERO negativity, anger, or frustration…he showed problem solving SKILLS and a sense of urgency I’ve never seen before. HE took a good tire FROM THE FRONT and switched it out with the BACK TIRE so he could tow MY VEHICLE in like 3 minutes!!!!! Unreal stuff to see the commitment and passion he showed when we talked on the way home! On top he’s a family man!!! Outstanding employee and a true representative of hard working man! THANK YOU DAVID!!!!
