Let me start by saying BE CAREFUL who you call for a tow. We were yanked around for over two hours by calling a “local” tow company. Apparently, it’s a big corporate play to get local listings. Fast forward, I finally called Hal at Best Towing and he was so helpful on the phone, concerned about getting my money back from the first place we called (and telling me we should never pay up front!) — he came in 20 mins like he said. Was so helpful, honest, and genuine. I was so grateful after the rough day. Hal is one of the good ones!

Merry Christmas with Best Towing! My car unexpectedly died on the Edmonds ferry on Christmas morning. Desperate, I called Hal, who promptly answered, and generously dropped everything to come to the rescue. Talk about the spirit of the season. He got my dead hybrid up on the flatbed—which took special knowledge because he had to find the secret jump charge bypass—and whisked it away to the repair shop. On top of it all, his fee was totally reasonable. This company’s name is truth in advertising: they are the Best!

Hal is the BEST for sure! He is kind and efficient. He helped our daughter when she had a car problem in the Edmonds ferry line. He was SO helpful! Then, several months later she was in a bad wreck on the other side of the Sound and once again - Hal to the rescue! He helped us get her car back and was SO REASONABLY PRICED for all the service he gave our family! Her car was embedded in the side of a ditch and he worked so hard to recover the car in dangerous conditions on a blind curve on a 50 mph road. He cares! 10 out of 10 - highly recommend!
