I had my phone touch screen glass turn black and there was nothing I could do about it, but guys from Jet City Device Repair fixed it like new. The repair looks flawless—you can’t even tell it was broken. On top of the repair, they also did a thorough phone cleaning, getting rid of dust and grime from the speakers and charging port that I didn’t even realize was there. It feels like I have a brand new phone! The customer service was top-notch, the turnaround was incredibly fast, and the prices were fair. If you need a screen replacement or just want your phone to feel fresh again, this is the place to go.

My phones screen blacked out and having absolutely no knowledge about phones i felt very nervous. It's sat had a trip that day ,went to the xfinity store to purchase a phone and thought my problem was resolved. They told they couldn't transfer the information to my knew phone since the old phone died . He suggested to go to Jet city to fix my phone to transfer the information to my new phone. I thought I will have to leave it for a few days, nope the nicest guy started working on it immediately and in one hour it was fixed, all the storage was transferred to my new phone for a reasonable price. The best part is how friendly they were with me . One of my best experiences with a business ever , thanks a million.

Jet City replaced the battery on our old iPhone 12 Pro Max. They informed us of possible complications that can arise and gave us options of how to handle it if that came up. I really appreciated knowing the risks in advance and being able to decide if I would want to proceed with addl repairs if needed or not. The repair went well with no complications or addl repairs needed. They were done in the amount of time they stated (1 hr since they had another repair going at the moment). They were friendly, informative, efficient and the new battery has had no issues. Overall really great job! 10/10 would recommend!
