I normally don’t like writing negative reviews, but I felt obligated to write this one for Hi Auto. I went there based on a friend’s recommendation. On the first day, I honestly couldn’t even understand what was going on. Because my English is not very good, I had to explain my problem to three different people, and each one told me something different. There was no communication among them, everyone said something else, and no one truly cared. This process took about four hours. Eventually, someone told me to buy the part and come back the next day. I did exactly that. The next day, I came with the part, but this time another person told me, “There are too many cars, come back tomorrow.” I went again the following day, similar things happened, and once again my entire day was wasted. Every time they said “come tomorrow,” I was there at 8 a.m. I am someone who always arrives at appointments at least 30 minutes early; this has been my habit my whole life. Finally, on Friday, after waiting for hours, they took my car in for repair. They checked it, said there were a few issues, gave me a price, and I agreed. Since it coincided with Friday prayer time, I had to rush and go to prayer. They did the repair, but as soon as I received my car, I realized the problem was exactly the same. I did not want to go through the same stress again. The next day, I went back again, and this time they told me to come early on Monday. By then, they had already taken the repair payment. I told myself, “I’m already involved in this, let it just be finished no matter what.” I was there at 7 a.m. on Monday. I waited for hours. Eventually, I got upset and had to ask, “Is your time valuable but ours not?” Once again, excuses and delays. Lastly, I want to say this: they said they are Pakistani and constantly said “Salam Alaikum.” I felt ashamed of what happened. A Muslim keeps their word and acts honestly. I left without even asking for my money back. However, I do not forgive the time I lost or the inconvenience I experienced. I leave this matter to God. Not everything is about money. If you cannot do a job properly, say so from the beginning. Do not waste people’s time. And one more thing: a Muslim should be an example—if you cannot show exemplary behavior, do not constantly say “Salam Alaikum” and set a bad example for others

Highly recommend! They got me in as soon as the tow truck got there, put my car up on the lift explained to me what needed to be done and had my car back to me in under an hour! When I had it somewhere else and waited weeks! Super fast, knowledgeable and extremely reasonably priced! Will be coming back if need be!
