As a truck driver passing through with a bad trailer issue that got turned away from the loves 20 miles away after waiting 6 hours just to be looked at, I called up Jeff and he went the extra mile to meet me at the loves near the shop right away free of charge to me (even came by after closing time) to take a quick look at it and better explain what the Loves shop couldn’t make sense of. Brought it in the next day and he got right to work on it and drop the trailer to run around until fixed. It was not the fastest repair in the world (it ain’t NASCAR pit stop) but my trailer repair was more significant and he got me worked on sooner than the other shops in the area (probably should’ve skipped the loves. It’s a small family shop and short staffed (just him this time), but the issues were taken care of, original estimate from the beginning was honored for a standard hourly rate and though it took longer than expected he didn’t charge any extra for that time. He also does just about everything from heavy mechanical work on semis to smaller vehicle repairs. Overall was very satisfied. Just a good ole classic, shake town family shop that does it all. Fair service/treatment and they are pretty good people that will get you taken care of

Jeff was a friend of mine ! We broke down on road he towed us to his shop and his help “fixed” our truck, drive the truck home and didn’t use the truck for a week bc we have another truck and didn’t need it at that time ! When we did drive it away it broke down again 6 min from home this time and called another mechanic shop this time and the new mechanic could take the air filter off by hand , the tensioner that holds the belt to the brand new water pump I bought at Napa broke off ? called Jeff told him and txt him couldn’t never get him to answer and then he finally did and said oh Kayla I’ll do anything to make it right and apologized the end of the week no responses hardly out of Jeff , meanwhile new mechanic had fixed it the day it broke down but we couldn’t pick it up due to Jeff fixing it and paying the man ! July 3rd 2025 called Jeff all day long finally get him to answer he says come pick up new mechanics check , take it to new mechanic deposited on July 5th , check on hold for 10 days for insufficient funds ? here we go again .. called Jeff no answers . Then he asked my husband who filled it out ?? Husband didn’t know just took to mechanic so we could get our truck back ?‍♀️ Few days go by truck still at new mechanics shop on hold til paid and he’s fixing to have to start charging holding fees ?‍♀️ tell Jeff no response … ?‍♀️ CHECK BOUNCES … Jeff doesn’t have an account with that bank anymore and committed FRAUD ! Napa , banks, and others got some beef with him also to shut down his businesses he owes so much to them and other people he’s crooked ! And since the carelessness was done I now have to replace to whole A/C part to my truck !! What ?!? Jeff how did you get here “friend” and learning you’ve committed it with several others ! Friends don’t do friends this way … I’m leaving this review hoping others don’t end up like me ! I’m now out of pocket water pump $280 belt $40 Jeff shitty labors $600 (cash app) what mechanic only gets paid through that, one that can’t get a bank account ? ? New mechanics charges: $1211.02 Jeff was suppose to pay this but didn’t … new mechanic will never receive this payment for this issue bc of Jeff not paying ?‍♀️ $1959.01 A/C work /plus brakes (needed brakes) ?‍♀️ my choice Totaling at $4090.02 Don’t trust this one at all !! ?

We moved our truck Friday at his place looking to replace radiator on it, he gave us a decent estimate and we moved there. Friday around 2 PM he advised me that radiator that came is not good and that we need to wait another day for new one to arrive, we said okay and waited, that day at 3:30 PM he said we good to go and we rolled out, 2 miles down the road radiator broke again and we came back. Sunday he was off, so it rolled to Monday, Monday whole freaking day he didnt answer his phone, finally at 4 PM he answered said he's going for a radiator and it will be done later today but it never did, we ended up calling Police and Towing so he could let us go so we can moved to a different shop to finish repairs. In mean time story, guy answered first few calls while setting up repairs, he asked for 800$ deposit, we gave him, since he said its small family shop blahblah. HIS COMMUNCATION WITH CUSTOMER IS 0, HE NEVER ANSWER THE PHONE, WHEN HE ANSWER HE"S MUMBLING YOU DONT EVEN UNDERSTAND. THEY ENDED UP TAKING OUR MONEY FOR NOTHING. WE PAID RADIATOR TO THEM FOR NOTHING, WE PAID TOWING TO MOVE AND WE PAID AGAIN RADIATOR TO CURRENT SHOP WE IN. TRY TO AVOID THIS MAN AT ALL COST, THIS SHOP IS BIGBIG TIME SCAM!!! I WOULD NEVER WORK AGAIN WITH THIS GUY AND IM HOPING HE WILL CLOSE ASAP! I WISH HIM NOTHING BUT THE WORST THINGS HONESTLY! Thank you sorry for long review, I'm in disbelief still.
