5 Stars our hero! Our 4Runner was high centered on a rock 30 miles from Republic and 30 minutes up a very bumpy dirt road. John came all the way up and quickly raised the front end and then with rocks and 2x4s got it off the rock and on the ground. We had no idea how we would have gotten out otherwise, thank you again and again John!

I can't thank John Kennedy (owner) enough for the help he did to me when my truck broke down 12 miles up on a very desolate fire service road in a remote town in Curlew on opening day of the hunting season. It was on a Saturday, and John picked my son (13 years old) and I at the camp we were at. We then went to my truck and he immediately diagnosed the problem (a burnt differential shifter cable and a cracked radiator). He even made phone calls to different auto shops prior to picking me up. Not only that, after he towed my truck back in the town of Republic, he made phone calls to the owner of the shop informing him that my truck was dropped off and told him what the problem was. He also made phone calls to different car parts store and inquired for me the availability of parts. John Kennedy, owner of JK Auto and Towing, should be a model of how good a tow truck company should be. Even one of my hunting buddies that helped me out commented of what a great guy John was. Excellent service, great guy. John made a very stressful weekend, a very manageable one. Thank you John.

Was stuck on Sherman Pass and was given JK Towing’s number by a traveling mechanic. I called and left a message, and finally received a callback later in the day. Told the owner I was probably going to need a tow but needed to wait for mechanic to return with parts. The repair didn’t work, so I called JK back for a tow. Once again left urgent message and never heard back from them again, even after leaving 3 messages. Ended up spending the night on the pass and in the morning was able to get a towing company out of Colville to come and tow us. Very unhappy about their lack of care for someone stranded in the mountains when they say 24hr emergency towing. I would not recommend this company.
