Back in February of 2025 my girlfriend's 2007 Kia Rondo was towed to this business after an accident that left it stuck in a snow bank. She mentioned there was some damage to the left front end. When she got a ride the next morning to retrieve her vehicle she went down back in the rear of the building to check it. They had it parked in tightly next to another vehicle where she couldn't get a look to see what damage there was. She was told that it was totalled but they'd be nice enough to waive the towing fee if she just signed the paperwork. She had recently paid off the vehicle after a seven year car loan and many repairs. She had been so relieved due to the fact that she lives on a low income with disability. I found out later from a reputable source that her vehicle was spotted on the road in Three Rivers with a minor dent just three weeks later. I decided to put this review in so that hopefully if anyone in the future has their car towed to this establishment that they make sure to have access to check over the vehicle or be with someone knowledgeable too.

I locked the car keys in my car and Tod came to bail me out. He showed up fast and didn't even charge me a $1 very nice people I definitely recommend

Worst experience ever, had our truck for six months, excuse after excuse, lie after lie, finally payed way more than work done just to get away from him. Tool advantage of a 78 yr old widow and laughed about it when confronted. Please stay away!
