Was referred to this place by a random google search, so glad that happened. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful, I have been told by lots of stores in the area that they didn’t have what I needed even before looking. Not here they made my problem theirs and got all the hydraulic fittings/ advice I needed. Thank you

I quickly learned this is where the good 'ol boys get their parts and chat about their last successful complete engine overhaul. I felt like Dennis Hopper on a flashy motor-sickle on the way to Mardi Gras. Haven't felt like that Longmont, like ever. But much like the service dept of Mountain Truck, they count on your ignorance. A simple return on a tool that did not function correctly and left me with 2 additional days of repair and damage turned ugly. I was literally laughed at. "Supervisor pls?" "Out. For hours." So I called from the parking lot. Out must mean alone time in his office. I brandished broken bolts, they were thrown. After much grumbling and assurance that they sympathized very little for my predicament, they returned my money and I walked out, returning to the 21st century.
