I want to give credit that the employee at O’Reilly’s did come outside to look at my truck. However, he wasn’t able to assist and made several negative comments about the only other auto shop open. That made the experience uncomfortable and unprofessional. I went to the auto shop he told us not to instead and received excellent service there.

Great customer service. They Kent me the tools to change out my blower motor they had in stock for our 2004 GMC Savanna 1500. It was a cake walk!

Dominic was great! He hooked up an obd scanner to our RV, found out it was the O2 sensor. Then he found the parts and the tools for us. Amazingly helpful ??
