Damaged my motorcycle and when confronted about it they got rude and belligerent. Do not use this company Reply to their comment: I have included the damage they caused. They claimed they had to look at photos they took so I told them to go. The man started to remove the dirt they filled my exhaust with. I told him don't touch my property. They already damaged it enough. He got mad and told me "I could get off his property" and refused to look at his "photos." That is when I advised I'd be getting my lawyer involved. Don't let these people lie to you. They are a joke

Steer clear of this company. They destroyed 2 of my tires while towing my electric vehicle. The vehicle was obviously dragged down the road. They told me it could be from "hard braking." Hard braking would effect the front tires, not the rear. Anyone ever see hard braking causing this type of damage? Note: Tires had 6,000 miles on them at the time they destroyed them. They refuse to pay for the tires. They have an F rating with the BBB for a reason.

Vehicle Damage from Improper Towing practices I had the very unfortunate experience of dealing with Midnight Towing. My vehicle was towed during a wrongful repossession. The vehicle was returned approximately 16 hours later as it was proven to be a wrongful repossession. The vehicle involved is a 2025 Infiniti QX80 equipped with a 4WD system and transfer case. Midnight Recovery towed the vehicle on January 29,2026 using an improper towing method, with only two wheels off the ground and the front wheels remaining on the roadway. Vehicles equipped with 4WD systems and transfer cases, require flatbed towing of towing with all four wheels off the ground. Towing such vehicles with any wheels in the ground is contraindicated, as it can cause drivetrain, transfer case, differential, and transmission damage. Ring doorbell video footage and vehicle-generated photographs taken at the time of the repossession clearly show that the vehicle was towed with the front wheels on the ground, contrary to manufacturer towing requirements and industry standards. On January 30, 2026, Midnight Recovery contacted us at 12:00 PM to report they would be delivering the vehicle back to us. They reported this would occur within 30-45 minutes depending on traffic. The car was delivered to us at 1:05 PM. When the vehicle was returned, Midnight Recovery used tow dollies, and no wheels were in contact with the ground, further confirming that the initial towing method used during repossession was improper. As a direct result of this improper towing method, the vehicle sustained noticeable mechanical damage, including grinding noises, vibration during turns, difficulty steering, and malfunction of the vehicle’s self-leveling suspension system - symptoms consistent with drivetrain and transfer case damage which was noted and documented immediately upon driving the vehicle. Based on my experience, I would not recommend this company due to improper towing practices and resulting damage. Also, the ladies who answer the phone are difficult to work with and rude.
