By far the worst place. Ive only been here for 2days IN A NEW UNIT and have had the absolute the WORSE experience of my life. When I got the keys the doors didn’t lock. I could LITERALLY push them open. I over looked it because it was fixed after an email saying I wanted to terminate my lease. Today on Christmas Eve I wake up to a kiddy pool in my living room and no resources to contact. They have no one to answer the phone or valid emergency contact . I literally had to call the city to come help me. A bystander in the community was able to shut it off after hunting for the water gauge. I would your experience is better but this has been mine Update: I went to speak to Jeffery Mitchell the manager about damages & I was kicked out because I voiced I didn’t like his tone of voice. He came in with a defensive posture and aggressive tone. He went from telling me he was going to check the policy about damages to yelling I wouldn’t be compensated for anything. He then threatened to call the police on me after I told him he should be more empathetic.I have never been Karen-ed in real life . This is so surreal. I have never been so disrespected and humiliated
