So let me tell you a little bit about what happened to me today I was on 495 North when a tire on my utility cargo trailer disintegrated at 9 o'clock in the morning on a Thursday. Foolishly I did not have my own spare with me so the panic set in and I started to call local tire companies that I found online Call after call I was told that either the people could not help me or they did not do tires that small this is a common trailer tire for anybody in the construction or landscaping field even though I was offering to pay whatever they wanted to make it worth their time nobody would bother...... I asked somebody at Pete's tire bone after they told me they couldn't help me who possibly I could call and they said try Sullivan and then it hit me, yes Sullivan tire ! when I drove trailer truck for FW Webb we used to use Sullivan tire roadside if there was an issue.... So I called the closest location they told me that they couldn't help me and that I should call their commercial division in Shrewsbury. I spoke to a gentleman who is very easy to talk to sensing the frustration in my voice he asked me where I was what kind of tire I needed and I held my breath while saying it waiting for him to tell me he could not help me with a tire that small and he said somebody will be out I said how long we talk and I said 90 minutes. A little under 2 hours later they came and rescued me on the side of the road as a business owner time is important you have obligations and responsibilities to be places when you say you're gonna be there and my only other option would have been leaving one of my workers with the trailer on the side of the road while I drove around and bought everything I needed because I was foolish enough not to have a spare with me well lesson learned in a big kudos to Sullivan tire for all of their help they have definitely earned a customer for life. The driver and Tech who helped me his name was Bob he was very cordial and also notice that the bearings were gone on the wheel he was fixing I would recommend this company to anybody who's in a jam
