I, Darrell Reese wanted to just say that the Assistant Manager Toby was very kind and showed empathy[which is rarely shown in customer service]. I bought a low-beam headlight and he saw that I was struggling to put it in for about 25 minutes. He then asked me did I need help and volunteered to do it for me. It took him less than 3 minutes to install it and didn't want anything for it. He said that he just likes helping people. Thanks, Toby for being a genuine customer service manager. Please keep up the good work. I will be back.

Went there a couple times within the past two days and somewhat disappointed with the customer service exhibited. So difficult to have to track down someone for help, and when you do, they act like they don’t want to help. First time I went in looking for oil I showed the lady what I was looking for and she just point to end of store and said there’s more over there, then walked away. Nowhere near the level of customer initiative I’d want for a business. There was a guy there that was acceptably interactive and helpful when I checked out. Second time, I went in store looking for someone to ask them if they’re still a drop off for used oil and saw a guy sitting at a desk that saw me too but didn’t bother to move. He looked up again, but with no indication he’ll be right with me. Felt plainly ignored. Saw another guy rolling a cart around that saw me too but I had to initialize the interaction, otherwise he would have kept going. Whatever happened to, “Hi, you need some help finding anything?” He pointed me to tank where to drain oil, then jet off. Never saw him again. Last time I filled out a sheet, and wanted to ask I I needed to, but no one around to ask. Fat chance I won’t come back to get my oil change supplies next time. I gave two stars because the guy at the register at first visit was proactive helping me get a filter.
