I was stuck in the snow today. I called AAA the tow company they were sending decided not to come. AAA then called BPD and they called Capeway. The tow driver( I believe his name was Rob)was wonderful. He was very polite and kind. He got us out in no time. I can't thank you enough.

The first guy Mitchell from Capeway Towing that came could not start my car after 30 minutes and told me to call because it HAD to be towed and my battery was dead. With that I scheduled a tow request and found it was another Capeway Towing person but this time it was Zachary. He came quickly and asked what happened and within 3 minutes my car was jump started and running no charge. He was confused why it couldn’t have happened earlier and said all it required was an easy jump start. He saved me from having to be towed and genuinely cared about helping me! 5 starts for Zachary!!!!!

I had a very bad experience with these guys. I had gone over to Nantucket for the weekend, I have a full yearly pass to park as much as I want. This one time I forgot to put my pass on the dash, no one has been in the parking lot all winter. I come back and my car is gone. I called the tow company and they towed my car. Totally frustrating!! He told me $450, a total Rip off! Then I told him I have a pass and I forgot to put it on the dash board, they should have called the parking lot people to verify that I didn’t pay. The guy then said $225, I told him I wasn’t happy then he went back up to $450?? What the … who would be happy when they had towed my car and never checked if I had a year long pass. They towed the car 7 tenths of a mile. These guys are a total Rip Off!!! I read another review about a $200 battery? Watch out for this company/ I would call any other company not this one if I needed a tow truck. I want a total Refund. I’m 71 years old. When I reached their tow lot- a young woman was with her 3 bags and her dog. We had to wait outside in the freezing cold temperatures for the guy to arrive 20-30 minutes later after calling him. I wasn’t happy he held my car as ransom until he ran my credit card on his phone. Very very shady person. Be ware of these guys. Then I spoke with the owner- nice guy who told me sad stories about not getting paid. I told him I own a business for 45 years- I said the only reason people don’t want to pay you is if they feel they are being ripped off. I can sense this is very common for this tow company. Good luck if they tow you. You don’t need to respond to my review unless you are willing to refund my $450.
