Would give zero if I could. Worst experience with any company I’ve ever had. I SCHEDULED a tow for 9-10am this morning. I asked them if they were on their way at 9:22, and they responded by calling me saying they are still at a tow, and just finishing up. They told me the driver would be on the way soon. At 10:17, an hour after they said they would be there soon I again reached out for an eta, which I then again was told the driver would call soon. The driver (Daniel) magically is able to answer me 1 minute later, telling me it will be an hour and a half. I call him and he says that he’s on the way to a tow after just finishing one. So they skipped me, I assume for a call that would bring in more money. When I told him I would let him know if I even still needed him (because I was on a time crunch) he hung up on me. Once I found another tow company (which got there in 30 minutes by the way, shout out to Next Chapter Towing, highly recommend) and let him know I would no longer need their services, they responded with “we already cancelled the tow”. The driver then proceeded to argue with me and berate me for “not being patient” and “to not to take my ruined day out on someone else”. Little did he know I wasn’t towing the car due to an accident or anything, the car just isn’t legal to drive on the street at the moment. Daniel is by far the rudest person I have ever worked with, there is no actual communication going on in this company, and they’ll claim to “schedule” you for a certain time then make you wait 3 hours and then allow their drivers to berate you after expressing your frustration. Would never recommend to anyone.

Ivan was wonderful. He was very careful with my vehicle during the towing process. He even stuck around and tried to help me fix a broken part on my car because he had some extra time. Tow was affordable and quick considering I was pretty far out of town. Would recommend these guys to all and call them again (god forbid) I get stuck somewhere again!

They were able to get to me within 20 minutes of calling. Jon, the driver, was very personable and professional. I noticed while driving to the tire shop with him that he continually checked on my car in his mirrors and was careful with my car. Added bonus is Jon has the sweetest dog, Cherrie, that gives lots of kisses when she greets you. Highly recommend Jon and Tow Pros.
