He went the extra mile to send it for a triple check to have some repairs and next day we took a full day road trip with no destination and no concerns! What meant the most was that he even worked with my husband to help pull off a Valentine’s Day surprise for me, making sure everything was registered in time. That kind of care and effort is rare. I needed to get a first used car for my two teenagers. I am not a "car guy" , nor do I have a mechanic on call (let alone the time or patience ) to travel around to a dozen dealerships . A colleague recommended V+F as absolutely trust worthy . "Tell them what you want and they will not only find it for you, they will put it through their shop to make sure it is safe and reliable." Sounded like just what I needed-- every parent wants safety and reliability. We gave Jim Dowd a list of criteria-- price , mileage, seating /cargo capacity, dimensions , and a few sample models. A few weeks later he delivered us a vehicle that met our criteria and at our price. With a four new tires. Two thumbs up!!
