I was diagnosing a drivability issue and all signs pointed to the injectors. I brought them in to be checked and serviced, and after a few weeks wait they were returned to me with a clean bill of health. Reinstalling them, the issue remained, so I spent hours of diag time and replaced a few other possible parts to no avail. I finally looped back to the conclusion that, despite being checked, the injectors HAD to be the issue. I called Metro, spoke with them about the previous service and my continuing problems and brought them back. They took another couple weeks to get back to me with "there's something wrong, they flow the right amount, but the pattern is bad. We can't do anything with them" I ordered a new set of injectors, installed them, and my issues were solved. But to get there, I paid metro twice only to have to order a new set of injectors anyways, plus my time and effort trying to track down a problem I correctly diagnosed in the first place. The staff here was friendly and helpful, but the service I received was poor.

I had an issue with a lift pump and they rebuilt it for me same day while I waited. Great people and very knowledgeable they are over an hour from me but I won’t use anyone else from now on
