I knew my car repair was going to be a complicated one and knew the first estimate was low. As the evaluation and repair proceeded more parts were needed, as twenty years of wear and tear takes it's toll, and the labor to replace them. At the end, adding up what I was aware of as far as repairs - and not any parts that were a surprise - the estimate doubled. John explained every part and its urgency in safety not to put it off. All the repairs were necessary and far enough gone to be a recognizable safety concern and I agreed. I inspected the repairs when they told me it was ready and I saw all the brand new parts and the cleaned off surfaces of where the work took place and the meticulous care taken to do the job correctly and the things they did to try to keep the repair costs to a minimum. I saw integrity in what they do. I trust them for my car repairs and I told John that. It's hard finding a new repair shop. Mine retired and left me looking. I'm glad I stopped there to get a bike inspection and had a chance to feel them out. I'm a fan of V&F Auto Dave P
