I drove by on Ftont St because I needed tires. I went inside and to my surprise, they were very helpful, very professional Joe and Rio were very polite. I love Joe's cowboy hat and all the other guys there were great and the prices were also reasonabl. I haven't gotten good customer service like this in a long time.In an all environment with male. I happily give them 5 Stars. Excellent customer service ?

Warning....do not go here for tires! Although prices were good, its not worth it! Brought car in, got tires put on. Drove home, one tire was flat. Had to have it towed due to a really bad noise. They said they couldn't fix it so had it towed to a repair shop. Repair shop stated it was a $2000 fix at least and it was because they did not put matching tires on the car. Used Tire Maxx disagreed but they did put 4 new tires on. I then reached out to another shop and to the Nissan dealership themselves who also stated the issue was due to wrong tires put on the car. I reached out again to Used Tire Maxx over a week ago to see if they would be willing to do anything to remedy. I spoke to Joe, who told me the owner was on vacation indefinitely but he would get a message to him. I have yet to hear anything back. In response to your response....thank you for responding in some way although I would have appreciated a return phone call instead or in addition to discuss this. I am in no way a mechanic so I can only go off of what professionals tell me. Yes, I had multiple issues with the dealer who has since acknowledged and tried to resolve. One of the issues was that the control arms had to be replaced. Thus the reason I checked with a Nissan dealer to see if it may have been from a previous issue. I have, since my review, reached out to another Nissan dealership and another repair shop and I'm quoting "having different tires on an all wheel drive vehicle can affect the drivetrain components". So a total of 4 professionals advising me that they believe its from the tires. I've already had the repairs done and am honestly not expecting anything from you at this point. I just want other consumers to be aware. Equally disappointing was the lack of response when I reached out. If the owner was on vacation indefinitely then I feel that a manager or someone in charge should have been willing to speak with me about my concerns.

My experience at Used Tire Maxx was so amazing Rio was God sent when I tell you, my wife and I just had a new born and we’re attempting to get our tires fixed. Previous tire garage tried to up sell us and lied about the type of tires we needed how much it will cost with no greeting when I first stepped in or how can I help you. All I received was a let me see what I have, and this is what we got and that’s it overpriced and that wasn’t even worth it. I walked out of that place so bad when I looked up Used Tire Maxx I walked in Rio was the first one and greeted us very pleasantly. He was very honest straightforward not only was extremely respectful to my wife and our circumstance, but was able to service us in a way where not only were we able to get what we needed done, but with the smile on our face. Prices were amazing extremely affordable he explained our scenario very clearly and allowed my wife and I to come together and make a decision that didn’t make us feel like it wasn’t worth it or rushed. I’m looking forward to coming back and having Rio service us again because on top of all of that, Even was able to help me to fill up air in my tire when I didn’t have the means to. Thank you so much. I really cannot wait until I come back to see how Rio at Used Tire Max could help service my vehicle again. Thank you so much. All the staff were super helpful and respectful
