Where do I begin with the best review I could ever give, Nick has made my first transport the easiest & smoothest experience and if I could give him 100 stars I would. He transported our 2018 Lexus LX from Texas to GA and our vehicle was picked up at 3:15 pm yesterday and arrived around 1:00 PM today EST. The car came flawless with the shipper he chose. I initially started this and paid a while ago and with my mom and some health issues and delays, he was still so incredibly kind and even had to stop it once a shipper was assigned due to a delay. He is truly the best person I have worked with in customer service and could not have been nicer. The day I was ready to go again and before that.. even waited a week after the day I told him we would be ready due to another delay with my mom, he was communicating all day long with me about the entire process and knew he would pick the perfect shipper I could trust and was right. I trust Nick wholeheartedly to deal with any family or friends needing to ship their vehicle and will always use him as a referral. Nick, I can’t really can’t thank you enough for an awesome experience with a stressful situation and would give a million stars if I could. Thank you for answering my calls with so much kindness, getting my car to me looking just like it did when it went on the trailer, dealing with our delays and answering all questions in between in an extremely timely manner! Amazing! I would absolutely recommend this company. For several days I stressed over finding a trustworthy company to handle the transportation of my sons vehicle after he switched military bases. After reading several reviews of several different companies, I chose Graham. Best choice. I was able to speak directly to Nick, ask all the questions I needed to. After payment Nick sent a thorough email going through everything that I needed to know. As soon as he secured a driver he communicated that with me as well. And the vehicle was dropped off within 2 days. A very seamless easy process that I was very stressed about, but thanks to Nick, it was a very smooth process. If I have to transport another vehicle I will definitely be using this company.

Nick helped me transport an older truck from Reno NV to Duanesburg NY last week. The first driver ran into issues, but when I spoke to Nick about it, he lined up a driver that exact day to pick my truck up. Dispatch called me and said they would deliver it during the weekend, and they did. I 100% would recommend the Graham Family Auto Transport.
