They stayed open until he arrived, fit his car in as soon as they could, communicated clearly, did solid work, and charged a fair price. My box truck break down on Battle Creek, MI. I called many nearby mechanical shops and only Zaharions stepped in to help. That was the only good thing about them. Rest of everything they did was wrong diagnosis, changed wrong parts and didn't fixed the root cause of the issue. 1) They checked battery, starter, fuses and all was good. Found the issue was with the fuel pump. I told them maybe not because it was changed only 2 months back. 2) They changed the fuel pump and still truck not starting. 3) They noticed low voltage in fuel pump. Changed the fuse box. Still not starting. 4) They understood something wrong with the ground and took a direct ground connection from the front to the fusebox and it worked. 5) After they delivered the truck, we noted all the lights in the back and the tail gate not working. Truck showing parking brake and ABS indicator ON. 6) Because now the truck was moving, took the truck to a mechanical shop later with people who have something in the brain. They diagnosed, the initial ground cable to the rear got damaged. that is why all things in the rear including fuel pump, lights and tail gate was not working. they fixed that ground cable only. All issues resvolved. Wasted $2K+ for no reason changing fuel pump, fuse box. Glad that they didn't made me change the engine.
