Used Peddle to schedule a pickup with this company. Our pickup window was 7-11. They arrived at 1:15. It was also incredibly snowy and not the safest conditions so can't fault them for being safe. Gave me what was offered and had no problems otherwise. Thank you!

Car was scheduled to be picked up between 7-11am, nobody ever showed up, no call or anything. I called them and they said that they were still planning on coming today and would call me back with an ETA within a couple of minutes. 2 hours later nobody has called or shown up so I’ve now waisted an entire 6 hours of my day.
