    Car was scheduled to be picked up between 7-11am, nobody ever showed up, no call or anything. I called them and they said that they were still planning on coming today and would call me back with an ETA within a couple of minutes. 2 hours later nobody has called or shown up so I’ve now waisted an entire 6 hours of my day.

    Had an appointment to get car picked up in a 9-12 window. I set aside my entire Saturday morning to be there. The appointment was confirmed and registered. They never bothered showing up. Never even bothered calling. These folks are not professional.
