    Brand new headlamps cost roughly $50 and come in a set. One burnt out after maybe 20 hours or so of use in my vehicle. Car Quest won’t do anything cause they were opened even though I have original packaging and the receipt. Spoke to manager with same results. I do A LOT of business at Car Quest but service has gone down over the last few years. The east side isn’t any better. I remember being impressed with Car Quest and their service in the past…nice guys on the west side location but I still gotta put an honest review in gentlemen. I called the manufacturer and they are useless. Probably should just refund in cases like this as a good business practice IMO.

    APM east would not give a discount given at west store. Next time I will go elsewhere. I was quoted 306 plus tax and core on a starter but was told only 1 available was east. I didn't realize until I was home it was 319 ++. I mentioned it on core return but they didn't care.

    I called for parts was told would take 3 to 4 business days to get them removed. so I had my hubby take the afternoon off to go take them off for me. Keep in mind, I have used this place for years since it was located in hampton. They wouldn't let me drive the tools up to where the vehicle was (because people steal was told) and when I inquired about being able to drive up to retrieve all the tools the staff was nothing but rude!!! While I watched my hubby lug 3 loads of tools that were needed to get parts off. We won't be back. Poor business indeed😡
