    Brand new headlamps cost roughly $50 and come in a set. One burnt out after maybe 20 hours or so of use in my vehicle. Car Quest won’t do anything cause they were opened even though I have original packaging and the receipt. Spoke to manager with same results. I do A LOT of business at Car Quest but service has gone down over the last few years. The east side isn’t any better. I remember being impressed with Car Quest and their service in the past…nice guys on the west side location but I still gotta put an honest review in gentlemen. I called the manufacturer and they are useless. Probably should just refund in cases like this as a good business practice IMO.

    Literally same parts I wanted from them were half the price other places... also didn't have them in stock when other places did... highly recommend calling around to other shops before choosing to buy parts from carquest

    Great service lots of variety of different brands. Usually had a good stock with their shelves full the only thing I could say negative about them is that they no longer sell strobe lights nor do they carry as many fog/spot lights as they once did but still a great store very helpful staff and great selection

    I’m not sure what’s happened to Carquest they used to be great but I’ve got to be honest the service has not been good since the plandemic started.

    I just want to say what great customer service I experienced today. Joe D. Was knowledgeable about how to order obscurely described parts, and helped his fellow associates when they were unsure. Then he went out of his way, after hours on his own time to make sure I got a part I needed urgently. Joe represented the Carquest brand well today, and I will patronize Carquest Saint John West again because of such great customer care. Thanks Joe!Mark P.

    Super service with lots of knowledge and great pricing. I had 2 "sorry" can't help with that to...on holidays can't help and a we have so much to order, you will have up to a months wait for your part. Thanks Carquest!

    Definitely one of the better part stores. Friendly and reasonable staff. They actually have knowledgeable staff compared to other parts stores - shocking. So far so good.
