At the time it was our only vehicle. I called Hanks Auto Wreckers first, and they ordered the wrong module. Sent it back, told 2-3 business days again for waiting. Day 3, no module. Day 4 no module. Day 5, no module. Got refunded, called Parkway Auto Recyclers and explained my situation to them. They ordered it immediately, saying 2-3 business days most likely but they’d try and expedite it. Morning of day 2, module has arrived, they repeated the information to me over the phone to ensure it matched, and after work I had the module in the vehicle and driving away in 25 minutes. Hanks cost was $340, Parkway $320. Incredible service for less. I will always call them first!

When you drive onto the scale, the attendant is a good 15 - 20 feet above you ( & I understand they get a lot of bigger trucks in there, but get an intercom or something) then there is nothing and no-one to tell you that you have to drive all the way back to the entrance to get to the drop off. Also nothing and no one to tell you where to drop once you are in there. When you drive back over the scale you are handed a piece of paper and given no instructions on what to do with it. Turns out you drive to a second location with super limited parking to get your money. Not that bad of an experience but pretty confusing & inconvenient.

So I ordered parts from these guys at the beginning it was fine everything was agreed upon. I am from Niagara Falls so I had one of the workers take it to a Friend of the businesses shop.We went to go pick the parts up and after texting back and fourth he said there was nothing wrong with the parts I paid for (2 fenders and a hood) hood was destroyed sent me pictures of the back of the parts and not the front and only brought the 2 parts to the shop when I paid for 3 parts.I called to complain because I wanted a refund it was not what I paid for they lied to me straight to my face and all of the above happened they charged me 452 dollars that’s with tax and I only ended up taking the fender which was not in rough shape they owed me 367.25 and I was only refunded 310.75This company owes me 56.50 and will not pay me my own money.Bunch of scam artists and lieing people I recommend never doing business here because they will steal from you.In the photos below he also told me that they looked good yes they look good if you can’t see the front of the actual parts.NEVER DO BUSINESS HERE IM SAVING YOU MONEY AND TIME.
