I was looking for rims for a trailblazer...I didn't even have the correct car make, year or anything available! The lady helping me could have totally blown me off. Through a series of back and forth contacts, she asked me specific questions and as I answered, she walked me through what I needed. Apparently the rims are very specific! Not only did she help me understand what I was looking for, when she didn't have the current stock, she verified another option I was looking at and also offered to contact me if she got any in!
