Went in to the office, told guy at desk we were ultimately just looking, he told us where specific cars we were after were. Office guys were both extremely nice. I informed them we were mainly just looking due to the fact that I came to go to a yard on tibbs that had closed several months prior without me knowing. Here’s where the 2-star experience comes in. Upon going into the yard, I was initially in awe at the pure selection of vehicles they had. I hadn’t been to a yard in forever, so I was happy. Then, an older man probably late 50s didn’t even bother to come closer to us, he just screamed and asked what we were doing, at which point I said just looking for X and Y cars and he then shouted “we don’t let people in here just to look” Very crabby. Acted like I personally did something to him, and that’s enough to deter me from a business altogether. Especially considering how polar opposite the guys in the office and the guy out in the yard were, and not knowing who actually owned/managed the yard. I hope I’m able to up my rating but don’t know how it’ll pan out. If looking around isn’t allowed that should be stated, especially when customers aren’t told where cars are at specifically. I then went back in the office and inquired about pricing, at which point the office guys very non chalantly gave the price as if nothing had happened. No communication between these two parties either. Seems like a great yard selection wise, but perhaps only good to look around if you’re friends with the crabby yard guy.

I’ve been here during 3 different owners, all of them were very nice. At the moment he has very limited inventory, but new inventory is posted as it comes in on their business facebook page. And to my knowledge he’s trying to fill the yard slowly but surely.

I have used their parts department several times, for an array of different parts/vehicles. The one thing I love about Zores is that (provided you have closed toe shoes and long pants) will walk you out to the car(s) with the part(s) you need on them and allow you to choose which one you want pulled. When purchasing a used part this is AMAZING and surprisingly hard to come by. The only thing I feel worth mentioning is their selection of vehicles that are on the yard is very unique and truly does change daily. The best way to verify parts availability is to call and talk to an associate or go in person and ask. Parts are pulled in a very timely manner we, and you are able to pay up front before they’re pulled over the phone. Seeing as I lived an hour from them, this was a big help as I didn’t have to wait after I drove. They called me promptly after the part was removed, and I went and picked up and was on my way. I needed a hood for my Honda Accord coupe; they had exactly what I needed in the same color as my car, and they were the best price in at least a 250 mile radius. Steve even sent someone out to check the hood for damage, since I was driving 3 hours to get it. Very helpful; I will definitely keep them in mind if I need more parts!

Very nice and informative staff. They got me the wheels off the car in about 30 minutes with other customers ahead of me. I was so grateful. I didn’t give 5 stars because they did not tell me one of the wheels had a few scratches. I had to find out in person. But they gave me a great deal and I am satisfied!

They were very patient with me in arranging a same day pickup while also arranging a ride that was an hour away from me. They had the best offer compared to all the other locations. Incredibly friendly dispatch. The man who towed my grandmother's car was very kind and helped her remove her license plate before we left.

Very organized and professional. I was sad to have to visit at all, but the wonderful customer service and helpful employees made the experience of saying a final goodbye to my car less traumatic.

They paid me a good price for my junk car.

If you need to clean up scrap metal get it done. Here is a good place in the town of Vincennes IN. Easy access quick service. Take all kinds of metals. Pay is a little less than some, but still worth it. Plenty of room to bring a large truck and trailer in to unload. Good scale system as well. Would go again if I have stuff in the area.

I found a set of seats listed on Car-Part.com and reached out to Morgan’s Auto Salvage, even though they’re about 300 miles from where I live. From the very start, the team was kind, courteous, and professional. They went out of their way to remove the seats for me before I arrived, which made the whole process so much easier. When I got there, they let me pull my SUV behind the facility for quick and easy loading. Everyone I interacted with was accommodating, friendly, and polite. If you’re working on a car project and need parts, I highly recommend checking them out. It’s clear they care about their customers and go the extra mile! A++

The daughter totalled her car on a Saturday night in Clarksville. Cory had her car on the wrecker in 40 min. I really appreciate how they made a bad and scary experience, oa lot more manageable. I highly recommend!
