Steve, at the front window, was very helpful. Quickly told me that he had the wheel I was looking for that he would have someone pull it off the vehicle and bring it up to me soon. Meanwhile, I asked permission to walk around the yard and look for other parts. I was able to find what I was looking for and we negotiated a fair price. Steve was very cooperative. And Josh, the parts puller, was very helpful getting the parts I needed and loading them for me. I recommend the Brickyard imported car parts as a source for any imported cars. Parts that are hard to find anywhere are plentiful here.

Called in for a fender priced at $50. The RUDE guy that answers the phone tells me it's $65 and the computer is wrong. When asked for an explanation, he said the prices go up and down (never heard that one before). I was also told to bring my own tools, I would have to pull the part myself. I might as well go to "Pick A Part" if I have to do all the work. Trying my best to not have to go here for a part. Customer service is nonexistent!!

I wish I could write a positive review of this yard, but I can not. We ordered a transmission for a Honda CRV. There were not many available, but Brickyard showed several. We discussed price, and I was told that the transmission was still in the vehicle. The ETA would be around two weeks. I gave them my credit card number and began to wait... When the two weeks came, I got the call that the transmission was ready to ship. However, they were no longer willing to honor the price that was quoted. If I still wanted that transmission, I would have to pay double now... The show to have several transmissions in stock, yet they raised the price only on the one that I selected ( see picture ). They did not offer to help, they did not offer to make the situation right, they simply said good luck finding another one if you do not wish to pay our cost... This is not the first time I had dealings with this company, and sadly my last time was not great either. However, I was trying to give them another fair chance at my business. I highly recommend BUYER BEWARE. They may show inventory, but clearly there is more going on here behind the scenes. Never again!

Selection - Good, Local - it was a nice drive there. Wish they were closer 2 my home. Pricing - They were very fair, Quality of product - time will only tell, but by looking @ the part I received, I have very high hopes that this part will last as long as I own my card.

Had the worst buying experience every moment I had to deal with them,When I placed the order Steve told me it will take a week to have it ready ,after a week he gave me a choice to cancel the order or to wait another one and ended up having the order ready after 3 weeks,When order was ready the parts were repainted and scratched (which they didn’t tell me) other parts was told will be gray color and they were white- probably the color they sell the least, after wanted to return them , Steve pointed me on the receipt the 20% restocking fee as he gave me “parts in great condition “On the phone , trying to get in touch with the right person took half a day telling me to call back in 20 min or if that’s not convenient in a hour or he’ll get back to me.The advantage is they have lots of cars in their lot and you’ll probably find the parts you need , prices seem to be lower than other places but till the end, they will charge you more on other parts they realize you really need and you’ll be sorry after making the purchase , this was my experience , maybe not every one felt this .

I always call here for our shop and I see comments talking about the guy being rude. Honestly, I always call and speak politely and I HAVE NEVER been talked down on.Good serviceGood peopleDon't waste their time lol They're straight to the point.

Go there only as your very last resort. Customer service does not exist there. The guy is abhorrent and rude. He thinks he's doing you a favor by going there. I called 3x before I drove 4hrs there and 4hrs back and the part they assured me wasn't there and he didn't even care . This place does not deserve even a single star. There should be another way of grading them.

I went there to find Acura parts. The staff there was very helpful. They walked me to the Acura area and helped me find exactly what I was looking for. I will definitely use them for parts again.

Called and phone was answered quickly, ordered from a nice guy named Eric, no issues at all, and I got a very good OEM working part, very happy!

Nice people and very well organized business. They had the hard to find part(ABS modulator for Accord 2008) i was looking for and Steve bent over backwards to have a guy help me pull the part out.
