Very organized and professional. I was sad to have to visit at all, but the wonderful customer service and helpful employees made the experience of saying a final goodbye to my car less traumatic.

I put a online bid in on a camper. The time ran out and I won the camper at $2050.00. It was the second vehicle on the lineup, but they literally skipped it and went to the third. I waited the entire auction to bid again. Price went up, after I had already won the bid. Went to $2650.00. So I paid $2700.00 then they tacked on $600 in fees on top of that. So what i originally bought for $2050, i actually paid $3300 for. Copart gets worse and worse. I won't give them my business anymore.

The copart yards local to me are cool. But be warned about this one. Fork lift guy was horrible. Copart is supposed to drive out any car that is run and drive. Especially if the customer requests it. He didn't. He brought it out on the forks. Damaging the bumper in the process because of his low IQ. If that wasn't bad enough. He saw I was going to put a dealer plate on it and drive it away and claimed its illegal to do that but if I gave him cash. He'd release it. I of course told him to go to hell and I'll be back. So just beware. Copart needs to fire the guy though.
