Was in there yesterday to get a “ apparently “ hard to find part for my first GEN dodge Dakota, they had what I needed in excellent condition…. About a 15 to 20 minute wait for my part to be pulled, the guy behind the counter seemed friendly enough.My only complaint is they do not allow customers in the yard or maybe it was just me I don’t know, but when I am able to pull my own parts I usually end up buying more than I went there for.

Always there when they are supposed to be. Polite. Small issue at first, could have been my oversight, but Murray’s took over and resolved it to my benefit. Very good business practice. Never had an issue with spilled garbage and Murray’s careful and quick response to corona virus procedures was commendable. I’ve been a customer for about 1 1/2 years.Service: Junk removal

Poor customer care they dont care how long have you been waiting and last they don’t want to help you, we were there for car radio, very disappointed.

These people were great, they even stayed a little longer past closing for me since I was driving in from out of town. I dealt with Jose over the phone, he was very professional and even cleaned and prepared my parts for pickup in advance, the parts were by the front and ready to be loaded by the time I arrived and they were in the same condition as advertised. Overall very impressed with their transparency and customer courtesy. Highly recommend!

Awesome place to do business with! I just bought a Chevy Vortec 4.3L motor for my van that runs like new. Very helpful and prompt callbacks. I will definitely be buying more parts from them in the future. Some of these other reviewers must be horrible mechanics that ruin parts and blame others, because every time I've dealt with them they have been very professional and stand behind the the parts they sell.

I'm from out of town. Tried to locate some parts I heard were in town. The first call led to a recommendation for Stubblefield. OK, try calling them, but no one seems to answer the phone. Fine. Call Muirhead again to see if they have a better contact number. "I have nothing to do with Stubblefield." I realize that. I asked if you had their number. "Why would I have their number?" Silly me, I figured competing companies in a small town would keep track of each other. I really could have done without the snark this morning. In short, customer service sucks.

We picked up a car after winning a bid here at the north lot. After not bidding for awhile it was refreshing to see the site running so fast and smooth. My only critique was that we waited over 45mins for pickup. I understand there is a line but maybe try and work in your commercial and private buyers so that we aren’t waiting for 10 double loaders? Just a thought.

After a nightmare of a time with a water restoration company after flooding, I came across JunkPros almost by accident. I called them on a Monday - they were out within hours to not only give me a quote on the demolition work I needed done - but told me they could do the whole restoration job as well. They gave me the quote that night. WHAT!? I was super skeptical of a Junk company doing the whole job - but Atif, Mike & Hector who all came out were SO nice, helpful and responsive. And after trying to get a hold of other companies who wouldn't return my calls, or were saying it would be weeks just to get a quote...I decided to go with my gut and have them do it all.They were AMAZING. They started the work right away, and got it done faster than they expected. Any issues, questions, whatever I had - they responded courteously, and incredibly promptly.They went above & beyond to help me ensure I got the job done right and even helped with making sure I was getting the best prices from other services I needed (electricians, carpet, etc). They were also incredibly flexible with me changing my mind on certain aspects of the work I chose to do myself (painting), and even showed me how I could do some things myself to help me save some $$.If you need a job done and need reliable, responsive guys that won't charge you an arm & a leg - don't hesitate - CALL THESE GUYS!!

Clayton Ward was awesome! Now that they changed to dtg everything changed. Only a 2 hour window to drop off paper everyday. A recycling company that dosen't want recycling customers 👎👎👎👎

This place was cool to walk around in and check out all the older cars BUT as for why I was there and as a salvage lot I was quite literally followed around. Upon arrival I informed the lady at the scale house that I was there to check out a couple durangos and jeeps. When the gentleman who was keeping tabs on me finally approached me, I said “hey there! how you doing?” He then responded and asked me “I should be asking you the same” myself absolutely dumbfounded by a question like that given where I’m at and currently was waist deep into a Durango engine bay it felt pretty obvious to what I was doing. He then said “you told the lady at the scale you were only here to check out some durangos and jeeps, looks like your actually pulling parts” I then said “well, I did say that, but given I’m at a auto salvage yard I assumed that would mean I’m going to check out the vehicles for parts to pull off? Is that not the purpose of this business? You really thought I was just gonna come look at the vehicles?” He then told me that I needed to specifically say I’m here to pull parts. I just grabbed my bag and told him not to worry I’m just gonna leave clearly my business isn’t wanted here. He said “your choice!” So it’s safe to say I will never be returning.

An American overweight lady was being rude to an older Asian lady at front desk. It was a very upsetting and uncomfortable situation, my first time experiencing being at the yard, rating -9000/10, Aura lost -1 million, don’t come here G

Open on Memorial Day with the flag half staff. Center staff was, as awlays, bright eyed and bushy tailed. Finally taking Credit Cards. Hope CC stays past the 'Rona.

I've used this company three times now and will continue to use them whenever I need my car towed away. They have been accomodating and have always kept our scheduled pick up times. The tow driver is really cool and trustworthy. They mailed me a payment when they said they might. I was quite surprised. I recommend this business.

Excellent customer service. Willing to work with you. My car broke down out of town, and I had to get it taken care of before leaving the next day. I wouldn’t be in town for a pick up due to how busy they were. However, they were able to make an accommodation for me and was able to get my vehicle removed and paid for the next day. If you are going to use this business, I’d advise making sure you’re calling the local number and not the 800 number.
