Always there when they are supposed to be. Polite. Small issue at first, could have been my oversight, but Murray’s took over and resolved it to my benefit. Very good business practice. Never had an issue with spilled garbage and Murray’s careful and quick response to corona virus procedures was commendable. I’ve been a customer for about 1 1/2 years.Service: Junk removal

I have had a dumpster delivered on 3 occasions and they managed to tear my property up every time, driving off the road and destroying my lawn, this last time they ran over my 14 foot long entrance gate and completely destroyed it. This service is a joke, I am convinced the drivers do these things on purpose because you've signed a damage waiver to have them come onto your property. completely running over my $500 gate is absolutely out of hand and there was ZERO reason that should have happened, I will never hire this company for anything ever again, BEWARE!

Very unhappy with the services of Murrey’s Disposal Co Inc. Multiple missed trash pickups and never taking the recycling. When you think the integrity of this company couldn’t get any worse they dumped trash all over my yard. I would have given them no stars if the option was available.

I don't think they ever pick up recycling. Charge ridiculous amounts. Recently nearly doubled charges to pick up trash every other week instead of every week.

They threw garbage all over my yard. I was current with my bill too.. I would NOT recommend their serviceThey also would never take my recycling

I have stopped using them for recycle and take it to the transfer station myself, as they like to leave it on a reagular basis. Also I would take my own trash if I was not forced to have trash service.

Act of God to get the right size can delivered to meet my order. So far they have sent me the wrong size can, documented me for the wrong delivery cycle and left me with a tiny can for 2 weeks of service. I've had to call twice to get it fixed.

A thank you to the driver on North Beach Drive Port Ludlow on Sept 24.. Garbage fell out of the can and they stopped to pick it up .

After 20 years of using Murrey's service, I can only think of one time I had a minor issue (didn't pick up my bundled cardboard). Pretty darn good I'd say. Thanks Murrey's.
