I don’t know what all of the Negative reviews are about, I had a wonderful experience with Brim! Steel was very professional, Kind and helpful from start to finish. He gave me a decent price for my Volkswagen beetle and wrote me a check right in the driveway. Would definitely recommend!

Very rude guys never do business with them

We had a rental car that died and Greg came right away to help us jump the car, very efficient and knowledgeable, he easily was able to help us back into the car without a working keyfob, and he got us on our way quickly so we didn’t miss much our trip. All told once he got there it was maybe 10 minutes to help us get going again, and he kindly gave us recs for where to go in the area- really speedy service and the kind of helpful neighbor vibe you want when your car is down. Had a tough time trying to scrap a truck until I called the folks at 2060. Not only did they make it easy on me but gave me more than others had offered. Came and got the truck the next day. Excellent service. Thank you !!

I hired them to do a large amount of recycling for a tenant improvement job (3 dumpsters full of scrap / 1000's of pounds), they didn't give us receipts and then Richie stated that he would not be paying us at all for the scrap. These guys are a flat out scam and unprofessional! I highly recommend you avoid using them at all costs.

This automotive supplier is difficult to find. They are not located in the front of the Plaza but the entrance is in the rear. The outlet is located between Price Rite and Grossman's Bargain Outlet. Note that this is primarily a delivery service (wholesale). But they will fill orders for walk-in retail customers. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable.

This is a bandit shop and I will be filing two complaints, one with the State Troopers and one with State Atty Generals office. Charged over $500 for a tow out and took the car back to his shop. The car belongs to my unemployed son so I had to bail him out. My son, against my advice left the car there, I told him daily to go get the car because they will charge crazy numbers for lot storage which apparently he didn't believe. He called them daily but they never returned his calls... They say they did but we have phone records that show they didn't. What they were doing was avoiding giving him pricing to rack up more money on the storage. When he went in person (I made him stop calling and show up in person) they wanted $990. $480 for the tow and $510 for 6 days.... These guys are criminals first rate and the DMV needs to close this clown show down.

Empire recycling is great where else can you go to get money for your trash

I've come to expect great service at Auto Zone however, it was not the case today at this location. I stood in line for several minutes while one employee assisted a customer ahead of me and 4 other employees didn't care to even look up from their phones/computers. So I gave up and attempted to find my items on my own. Later I asked for help finding another item but I couldn't find it from another employees "finger point." So I left and I'll find it somewhere else. Maybe try the Auto Zone a mile down the street. These people don't seem to care about helping customers, regardless of the other raving reviews.

We had small project to move some vehicles from this location, not an easy at it may seem, throughout the process coordinated Mr Steve, one of the greatest person down to earth well knowledgeable, he traded me like one of his best friends, wish him luck and success in his business , I haven’t seen more polite person! Salute!

Drove all the way out from suffolk to get robbed. My usual place(which was closed) gives $2.30 a lb for aluminum/copper fin. He gave me $1.10! All these great reviews either know nothing about scrap or they're just really him. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME
