I had an excellent experience dealing with this place. I ordered a hard to find part from them and had it shipped across the country to me. It shipped quickly, and they kept me updated with tracking. The package arrived earlier than expected, well packaged, and carefully wrapped. Due to the carrier (FedEx) and no fault of 20-60 auto, the package contents had been crushed in transit. Jeff got back to me right away and immediately issued me a full refund and an apology, even though it was not their fault. The customer service was fantastic, and even though the part didn't work out for me, I wouldn't hesitate to do business with them again.

This company may indeed have good parts but they’re customer service is horrible . Anytime I called n questioned where my 1700 dollar part was they decided to give me attitude . Now the current issue they are having my engine sent to an address that doesn’t exist !!! They are refusing to send it to the address that’s on the shipping label due to the fact I needed a lift gate since it’s being delivered residential . I will NEVER refer this company to anyone.. A serious Lack of communication.

I have been to 2060 to purchase parts and have purchased several salvaged / rebuilt cars from them. Ryan & Tony are awesome. If they don’t have it, they will find it for you. They are always busy but take the time to help you out. I don’t know how they keep all their stuff together! Prices are good. Quality is good.

I bought an engine from this shop and installed to my truck and sold it but I got a text from the buyer and said it died within a week. He took it to a shop for diagnosis and they said each chamber is full of oil. I asked for a refund but no response. Seems like they don't care.

Dealt with these guys twice now. I purchased two motors from 2060 and they both worked out beautifully. Excellent price for an excellent product! Both motors were much cheaper than anywhere else offering the same in western NY and with substantially less mileage as well! Thanks, 2060!

I called ahead to confirm that they had the 2002 Dodge Ram Van 1500 scrap vehicle I needed. They drove me back to the vehicle & I was able to pull the fuses/relays off of it for a relatively low price. I was very happy that they had the vehicle & I was able to get the part to fix the problem on my vehicle

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICECheap prices for car parts but the whole customer service aspect is apparently a foreign idea. I was recommended by a family member and was ecstatic at the idea of saving money. My husband called and tried to have the parts pulled before i arrived but it was a wash ( they were concerned about payment upfront ). Ok i can accept that but to call me and inform my order is ready and when i arrive it’s only 1 part( not the 2 i paid for). Then to just have a employee tell me “ well i only pulled one “ and just look at me dumbfounded and unapologetic like i made the error is bad customer service. I took off work early to patronize them and i have to made two trips and push my repair off a day. All i got was sorry human error come back tomorrow. Great place for cheap parts but horrible phone manners and severely lacking in customer service experience . Next time i would rather spend more money elsewhere and receive better treatment.
