I've come to expect great service at Auto Zone however, it was not the case today at this location. I stood in line for several minutes while one employee assisted a customer ahead of me and 4 other employees didn't care to even look up from their phones/computers. So I gave up and attempted to find my items on my own. Later I asked for help finding another item but I couldn't find it from another employees "finger point." So I left and I'll find it somewhere else. Maybe try the Auto Zone a mile down the street. These people don't seem to care about helping customers, regardless of the other raving reviews.

The staff was amazing both people that I meant where extremely helpful and polite towards me when I had issues with my car they helped me sort everything and I can’t compliment them enough the names of the people that helped me were Clayton and chad. And I can’t recommend them enough.

Dave gave me the information and welcome to come in anytime to see if the battery (2017 Honda Fit) needed replacement and if they would do it. Ronald came out with the tester, made sure he had the right settings for this battery, and did the test. The result: alternator trouble. Don't forget to tip!
