I called Mary at Milford Salvage and she was so nice/helpful. She referred me to David (Scrap Metal Services); he came through for my family BIG TIME. We cleaned out my Mom’s house … she had tons of metal tools, bikes, beds etc & we had to safely get these items out ASAP. Thank you DAVID! You’ve been a tremendous help at zero cost and zero hassle. 😊

Told me they had my parts, had me drive 45 minutes just to then say they don’t even have any parts for my truck. Asked for parts for a GMC Yukon Denali, the guy there pointed me to a 2000 Chevy Tahoe. Complete waste of time and gas

It's a little out of the way but a good mix of classics I loved it.

They sold us a tire rim for $30 and Baroda Tires wanted $90!!! 5 stars for being so much more honest and for having such a sweet dog there to greet us that day. 😊

Not recommended, no one picks up the phone and you are always sent to a different office than the one you're trying to call, tried the website as well and is difficult to navigate as in trying to find the part you need, not all the parts are on the website and the search bar won't let you search for a part, was a lot better when it was just Keystone

Awesome staff willing to go above and beyond to help you out. Very professional and clean facility for being a scrap yard definitely would go there over others

Very nice people working here but the prices are very low! We basically had everything sorted before we went and a large amount of what we had did not end up catergorized correctly! We learned too late and should have made the drive a few extra miles to Clare, Bay City, or West Branch. Definitely worth driving a few extra miles because we ended up being paid about a THIRD of what the other companies are paying. Lesson learned!

I needed a set of rims and these guys helped me out. It was quick and simple and they were very knowledgeable. I’ll definitely be back.

I ordered 3 parts from them and I pay $295 for shipping. When I receive order on palettes one parts was damaged and I call and text with “Tom”. I send him picture where he can look bend damage and he answer me I don’t see any damage. What ? I want refund for that parts and please send me return label but he say I don’t care about you and if you want ship by your self and pay for ship and then they will send refund. I told him I pay $295 for shipping, why I need pay for return. Then I told him I need manager and he say you talk with manager right now. Then I told him give me his Boss and he say you told with him. Please do not ordered parts from them because they don’t care every thing what you buy from them and don’t care about how much you pay for shipping.

Nick was my tow truck driver, he was amazing pulled up and gave me a better price then the original tow, Great customer service, very fast service there in 30 minutes of call. Make sure you ask for NICK he is great guy wants to get you the best price and also what's to get in and out quickly.

Very customer-friendly establishment! I walked in 20 minutes before closing and they quickly found and retrieved the part I needed. There were 5 to 7 service people on the phone and on computers behind the counter, apparently trying to find parts for their customers.

From what we can tell, the price we paid matches the work that was done, . However, it took 7 whole days to get my car serviced. My husband called the shop daily starting on day 2, and each time, we were given the run around. We dropped the car off with a specific issue identified, and there was no communication with any additional issues that were serviced. My husband and I spent almost as much in car rental fees as it cost to fix the car. Though i trust the work is solid, we were not impressed with the lack of communication. When my husband commented on how long it took to get the car back, he was told that the assumption was that the car wasn't needed. That assumption was never clarified, and was told "you couldn't have texted us", making it his fault that we were uninformed. I am happy to have my car back, however we will not be taking my car back to this shop for any future issues.
